강원도 춘천시의 시각장애 청소년들을 위한 강원명진학교에서
자원봉사활동을 합니다.
시각장애 아동들에게 글로벌 환경을 체험할 수 있게 하며 영어환경에서 자신감을 얻을 수 있도록 돕는 프로그램입니다.
한국인과 외국인으로 구성된 자원봉사단은(워크캠프) 영어영극을 학생들에게 가르쳐 무대에 올리게 됩니다.
IWO-72 Myongjin 24/07-08/08 12vols Kids & Soci Blind school
This project is hosted by Myongjin School for blind children in Chunchon that is famous for beautiful lake and mountain. The blind kids need to get involved more in the society and contact with the non-blind people to experience and understand more each other. The volunteers will teach basic English and performance to play English theatre in the end of project. Volunteers will also prepare this theatre such as decoration, promotion to school members and families. They will invite their families and friends to share their efforts. Volunteers will provide them with these opportunities and also plant a courage and self-confidence on them. Volunteers are required to like children and be motivated quite well to the blind.
Accommodation: In the school dormitory
Location: Chunchon in Gangwon province. It’s about 100km away to east from Seoul
