9월 독일 워크캠프에 남자 참가자 1~2명을 급히 구하고 있습니다.

IBG 32는 프랑스 국경 가까운 Kehl이라는 마을에서 3년째 개최되는 워크캠프로서
지방자치단체가 주관하는 환경프로젝트의 하나입니다.
하천생태복원과 정화를 위해 참가자들은
쓰레기제거, 잡초제거, 강둑풀베기 등의 작업을 하게 됩니다.
여가시간에는 가까운 프랑스 도시 Strasbourg를 방문할 기회도 갖게 될 것입니다.

Kehl is a medium-sized town on the boards of the river Rhine facing the French-German border. The Alsatian town of Strasbourg is situated on the other side of the river Rhine. It will be interesting to visit the beautiful town of Strasbourg, crossing the boarder to France.
Our partner for this project is the municipality of Kehl. They have created an innovative environmental project in their town. There is a small stream running through Kehl. In former times this was completely concreted in and biologically dead. The municipality has renatured this stream by taking the concrete away and allowing the small river to flow through the town once again. There are many plants and animals living in the river now. However, since the river is in the middle of the town, rubbish must be cleared from the banks of the river regularly. Also, you will assist in mowing the banks of the river and removing some plants. This is necessary to prevent flooding in the town. This work has been carried out by international workcamps for the last two years. For preservation it has to be done every year. You will need to work with machines some of the time! Please be prepared for this. Work may be physically hard.
