독일 B :IBG30 Obernburg / Main 03.11. – 13.11.03 ENVI 10 volunteers
Obernburg is a very nice town in the valley of the river Main, not far from Frankfurt. For the first time the local municipality welcomes an IBG workcamp. The volunteers will clear an old narrow path, cut trees ... The accommodation will be in a hikers lodge about 3km from Obernburg with a beautiful view on the valley. There are also some tasks to do around this lodge. Please be aware that work will be outside and the weather can be cold and rainy (but of course there is also the chance of sun), be prepared with warm clothes and raincoates.
Many interesting excursions are possible from there – for example Frankfurt and other old cities in the Main valley. Absolutly no early arrivals!

Different studypart to CPD 11:A special matter to discuss is the third war in the gulf region and other conflicts between nations. But also excursions will
be made to places of culture, history and natural beauty, nearby, a journey to the famous city Weimar, lectures about the
present German society, culture and politics in this area of former Democratic Republic of Germany.
Topics like ecological agriculture, social integration of disadvantaged people, visiting other projects.
